Genuinely one of the best detailed pieces Ive seen on this platform especially on the more intricate thin line ups. The person making it, Nena at Vensoul is so incredibly talented it's unreal! They kept me up to date on things, shipping wasn't an issue and gave me a notice that there may be a hidden fee that could crop up so thanks to them I had no issues. Genuinely could not have asked for better when it came to them.

The figure looks fantastic. It was very well packaged. There's a small tear in the dress, but it's not a big deal. The customer service was amazing, very friendly, and they always responded quickly to any questions. And the shipping was fast too. This won't be the last figure I order from here.
