VenSoul Studio

Welcome to VenSoul Studio. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us, including high-resolution 3D printed resin statues, available painted by hand or unpainted.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General

By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your country of residence.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Products

Our products are created using high-resolution resin 3D printing and, in some cases, hand-painted finishing.

Due to the nature of 3D printing and manual craftsmanship:

  • Minor variations in color, texture, surface finish, and details may occur
  • Hand-painted items are unique and may differ from product images
  • Unpainted models are always delivered cleaned, sanded, refined, and with primer applied, with all support structures fully removed

Images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only.

Where applicable, figures and dioramas will include magnets in connection points to facilitate assembly and stability.

In cases where dimensions or design do not allow the use of magnets, certain fragile or delicate parts may require assembly using super glue. In such cases, super glue will be provided with your order along with detailed instructions.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by VenSoul Studio.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product availability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Suspected fraud

Payment must be completed at checkout.

Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible or may incur a fee, especially for made-to-order or hand-painted products.

4. Made-to-Order & Personalized Products

Many of our products are produced on demand or customized.

Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made items
  • Products made to the consumer’s specifications
  • Personalized or hand-painted items made upon request

By placing such orders, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.

5. Prices & Charges

All prices are listed in EUR unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change without notice. The price applied is the one shown at checkout.

Shipping costs, import duties, VAT, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your location and are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Production, Shipping & Delivery

Production times vary depending on the product, especially for hand-painted items.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs processing
  • External factors beyond our control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.

7. Duties, Taxes & Import Charges (Non-EU Orders)

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, taxes (including VAT/GST), customs clearance fees, or other charges may be applied by the destination country.

These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Pay any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees required by your country
  • Comply with local customs regulations

If these charges are refused or not paid:

  • The shipment may be held, returned, or destroyed by the carrier or customs authorities
  • Original shipping costs and any return or handling fees are non-refundable

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

However, this right does not apply to:

  • Made-to-order products
  • Personalized or custom-painted items
  • Items altered or used after delivery

To exercise your right of withdrawal (when applicable), you must contact us before the 14-day period expires.

Returned items must be in original condition.

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery, providing:

  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the product
  • Description of the issue

We will assess the situation and offer a solution in accordance with applicable EU consumer laws (repair, replacement, or refund).

Minor imperfections inherent to 3D printing or hand painting are not necessarily considered defects.

10. Product Use & Safety

Our products are intended for display, collection, or hobby use.

They:

  • Are not toys unless explicitly stated
  • May contain small or fragile parts
  • May break if dropped or mishandled

Not suitable for young children.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (images, text, designs, branding) is owned by VenSoul Studio or its licensors.

Purchasing a product does not grant rights to:

  • Reproduce
  • Resell designs
  • Copy or scan
  • Commercially exploit the product

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

12. Customer-Provided Designs (if applicable)

If you provide files, models, or references:

  • You confirm you have the legal right to use them
  • You accept full responsibility for any infringement

We reserve the right to refuse any content that is illegal, infringing, or inappropriate.

13. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the site

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

14. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

All products and services are provided “as is”.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VenSoul Studio shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profit, data, or use

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under EU law.

15. Third-Party Services

Our store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party providers for:

  • Payments
  • Shipping
  • Analytics

We are not responsible for third-party services or their policies.

16. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the European Union and the consumer’s country of residence, where required by law.
